PUTIN

I was asked to write an article about Putin echoes to that of OBAMA .The thing is poorly easy, as the transparency of Obama, there is the mystery PUTIN .It is difficult to penetrate his designs or foresee his plans .

In appearance it prone reconciliation and partnership; he always speaks of its Western partners; especially with the affinity GERMANY: c may be the common thread that will enable us to understand the personality POUTINE.Il has lived a while in GERMANY and speaks German with ease what he seems, with that, he is s s penetrating this Hegel called the WOLKSGEIST; the German spirit: so a Russian with a Germanic mentality that allows us to understand all this fighting spirit that refuses defeat and that aims for perfection; is reflected in its political action. He made efforts to bring out the status of the RUSSIAN third country -monde living annuity of oil and gas to propel it to the status of a développé.Il appealed to Western countries for a partnership that they refuse who declare war on him; because the embargo is an act of consideration guerre.En he tries to avoid unnecessary wars although it is driven whenever armed actions to inside and outside; CHECHNYA in; or GEORGIA and finally in Crimea; what he did with success.

He understood that the future of RUSSIA is also played at international level; but he plays with a life insurance: its military arsenal and nuclear particular. Putin is a man determined; he never backs because he knows that any concession means defeat and every defeat is prohibited under penalty of collapse .Il is right metaphor of the BEAR TAIGA: this predator and  king of the Russian wood; we want to make a rug; now no one has asked the opinion of the bears: the West would do better to reflect on the French proverb: DO NOT SELL THE SKIN OF OURS HAVE BEFORE THE KILLS !!
